Finding the right mental health provider is hard enough without navigating a fragmented, often culturally disconnected system. At Blueprints and Pathways, we do the heavy lifting — vetting providers, coordinating referrals, and walking with clients every step of the way.

Behavioral Health Referral

What We Do: We connect you with licensed therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals who have been vetted for cultural competence. Our network is carefully curated — not every provider makes the list. We only refer to professionals who are equipped to serve the our community with the respect and understanding it deserves.

How It Works:

We conduct a basic assessment to understand your individual needs and goals.
We match you with providers from our vetted network who fit your situation.
We assist in setting up your initial consultation so the first step feels manageable.

Case Management

What We Do: For clients who need more than a referral, we offer ongoing case management support. Life doesn't stop when you start therapy — and neither do we.

How It Works:

We link you to community resources and additional support services relevant to your needs.
We provide continuous monitoring and check-ins as you progress in your care.
We serve as your advocate and coordinator, helping you navigate the behavioral health system with confidence.

Wellness Programming

What We Do: Mental health is bigger than one appointment. Our community programming creates space for connection, education, and healing outside the therapist's office.

What We Offer:

Community Workshops & Seminars — Free events covering mental health topics, led by professionals who understand the community's experience.
Peer Support Groups — Facilitated gatherings where individuals can share, listen, and grow together in a safe, culturally resonant environment.
Mental Health Awareness Outreach — We meet the community where it is — at churches, community centers, and local events — to reduce stigma and spark open conversation.
