Blueprints and Pathways
The Community Is Ready. Are You Part Of The Network?
Blueprints and Pathways connects community organizations and culturally competent behavioral health professionals with community members who are actively seeking care — and waiting for someone like you.

Mental Health Professionals
Join the provider and reach clients who are looking for you!
Through grassroots outreach, community partnerships, and direct engagement, we identify individuals who are ready to connect with a provider. What they need is the right one.
By joining the Blueprints and Pathways provider network, you become part of a curated referral pipeline that actively works to match clients with professionals who can meet them where they are — culturally, emotionally, and clinically..
We don't just list your name and move on. We coordinate. We prep clients before their first appointment. We follow up. We ensure that the referrals we send your way are warm, informed, and ready to engage.
Who We're Looking For
We vet every provider in our network. We're looking for licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists who:
-
Are licensed and in good standing in their state
-
Have demonstrated experience or training in culturally competent care
-
Are committed to serving African American clients with respect and understanding
-
Are open to coordination with our case management team when appropriate
-
You don't have to look like the community to serve it well — but you do have to be prepared to show up for it.
You don't have to look like the community to serve it well — but you do have to be prepared to show up for it.
Send Referrals. Receive Referrals.
Already working with African American clients who need additional support? We work both ways.
If you're a provider encountering clients who need services outside your scope — case management, community resources, peer support, or a different clinical specialty — we can help coordinate. We work alongside existing providers to fill gaps without disrupting established care relationships.
Community Organizations
Your Community Already Trusts You. Let's Build on That.
We know that in the our community, mental health conversations often begin long before anyone walks through a therapist's door. They begin in churches, barbershops, community centers, and living rooms. They begin with people and organizations that have already earned trust.
That's where you come in.
Blueprints and Pathways is actively building partnerships with community organizations who serve as the first point of contact for individuals who may need behavioral health support — but aren't yet connected to formal services.
